Brad is responsible for global product management, strategy, and design of Google’s News and Search Ecosystem efforts. This includes News on Search, Discover, and the Google Assistant; the Google News App; Subscribe with Google; and tools for journalists. In addition, Brad drives efforts to create a sustainable and thriving content ecosystem for Search. This set of products serves billions of people around the world, enabling them to have access to quality journalism and a robust and diverse content ecosystem. He is a frequent guest speaker at events and conferences globally and has been cited in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal, among many other publications.

Previously, Brad was responsible for global product management of Google’s Display and Video advertising business – including the company’s ad offerings on Google Display Ads, Google Video partners, Gmail, AdSense, the family of programmatic ad platform products including Google Ad Manager, Google Marketing Platform, and Display & Video 360, as well as other emerging display and video advertising businesses. This set of products serves a customer base of millions of advertisers, agencies, and publishers around the world.

Prior to joining Google, Brad held multiple leadership positions at DoubleClick in both the US and Europe. Most recently, he was their Vice President of Product Management responsible for the optimization suite of products used by many leading publishers, agencies, and marketers worldwide.

Brad graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. In 2012 he was named a “40 under 40” leader by Crain’s New York Business. Brad is an inventor of several patents in the areas of data and privacy.
