Laughton Royce is a New York–based artist originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He appeared in Hamlet at The Public Theater’s Shakespeare in the Park, directed by Tony Award winner Kenny Leon, where he had the honor of stepping into the title role. Laughton made his television debut on HBO’s The Gilded Age and stars in the award-winning short film Bittersweet, which won Best Short Film at the Black Arts Alliance Film Festival. Most recently, he wrapped production on the indie feature Clean Hands, acting alongside Zach Braff, Abigail Spencer, and Esther McGregor, under the direction of Jake Allyn.
