SYNOPSIS

With his country’s throne empty, Richard knocks down threats to his ascension, fueling his insatiable ambition and paranoia. Even if he can be stopped — who can ensure a tyrant won’t rise in his place? Award-winning playwright Will Power delivers a propulsive and timely modern reinterpretation of Shakespeare’s Richard III that the San Diego City Beat described as “a sharp, lyrical script that blurs the line between the past and the present, while positing that ambition and depravity are not the province of merely one king, one country or one moment in time.”

LOCAL BUSINESS PARTNERS

With a passion for food and a fascination for Chai, Anita Trehan began to address health through food when her daughter developed severe food allergies. She discovered new ways to cook and to heal; thereby creating a Chaiwali menu that caters to all combining flavors she grew up with in Delhi, with new ones she discovered in New York.

Sottocasa, Harlem is owned by Elena and Matteo
—true Italians with different background but with two great passions in common: good food and travel. We are ready to share our passions with everyone who will come and join us.

Settepani is more than just a restaurant, or a bakery, or a bar. It’s a community, a space where people come together, enjoy our food made with organic ingredients and local produce, and shop for everyday high quality goods.

JDI Barbell opened in 2016 to provide a home for serious strength athletes in New York City. But although we are home to some very high-level weightlifters and powerlifters, we also work with and develop beginners better than any other barbell club or strength gym in New York City. New JDI members are immediately connected with other members of varying skill levels. More importantly, our coaches provide high-level instruction on site. We believe that great systems of coaching form a foundation for the quickest, most effective progress.

Lenox Coffee is a specialty coffee house and Micro Coffee Roaster opened by Jeffrey Green in 2011. It is currently owned and operated by Monica and Rosa Prado and is located in Central Harlem, at 60 West 129th Street just off the corner of Lenox Avenue. In addition to our own unique line-up of seasonal Single Origin Drip Coffees, Single Origin Cold Brews and Espresso Blends we serve light breakfast and brunch items including croissant and bagel breakfast sandwiches, hearty in house made artisanal lunch sandwiches and vegan soups, pastries, oatmeal, baked goods, sweet breads, small deserts and cookies.

Fantastic soul food restaurant BLVD Bistro in Harlem reopened July 10th, 2019, bigger, better and tastier than ever. The American soul food restaurant is run by husband and wife team Carlos and Markisha Swepson and will feature items such as the double-cut pork chop, jumbo shrimp and grits, and a southern dinner with fried chicken, collard greens, potato salad, and a homemade biscuit. Guests can enjoy traditional seating, a wrap-around bar, or a chef’s table that features a special menu.

Here at The Cliffs, we believe that climbing isn’t just an activity—it’s a shared experience. It’s not just about reaching up, but also reaching out to welcome everyone into this shared space where we leave the city behind and find that one boulder problem or route that just puts a smile on our faces (or the one that tortures us), to challenge ourselves physically + mentally, to support each other, and to forge friendships with people who are like us and people who are not. Our aim is to offer the best indoor climbing experience, and our climbing walls, routes, and amenities are just the beginning of that experience. Our pulse is comprised of our community and the psych and vibes we bring are what create this space.

Tom’s is a family-owned restaurant that has been proudly serving around the 1940s located on the corner of Broadway and West 112th Street in New York. Inspired by the Suzane Vega’s 1987 song ‘Tom’s Diner,’ the place is in the hearts of millions of people and a relaxing place all over the world. It has been in the hands of the same Greek American family since the beginning and still has the classic diner-style eatery menu in the lists. The place has its memory since Jerry Seinfeld’s eponymous character and his friends regularly gathered to eat and chat at the diner for the popular sitcom Seinfeld.

Fruces has the tastiest smoothies and food in Harlem. Located a short walk from the show on Amsterdam between 133rd and 134th streets.
